MAGU launch enviromental friendly spray technology
MAGU continues their successful environmental friendly strategy regards to wet chemical spray painting.

Magu strengthen their position to stay at the technology front.
MAGU now announce their ability to use solvent free lacquer in new
developed equipment. The verification is done in MAGU´s
verification centre and the first installation is in production
since 2009.
Firma Mäder, a producer of wet-chemicals says the combination of
their solvent free lacquer and Magu skills are unique and will open
up a new frame for environmental friendly solutions for spray
painting.
Features as less hazardous environment for operators, allowing
compact painting lines design by use of UV-curing technology, lower
energy consumption, i.e. no use of ovens, incinerators etc.,
possibilities to re-using paint, less waste handling and lower
deposit fees, easier handling for governmental pollution permits,
are important values following economical and modern environmental
policies of many successful customers of ours.
The spray technology use advanced heating technology. With
accurate heating of air pressure and lacquer the spray technology
can maintain the viscosity control throughout the whole process and
gives a very accurate paint feeding without using any mechanical or
moving components. MAGU´s development partner, Mäder Plastilack
