Ric Roetering becomes new Managing Director for MAGU Automation AB

Ric Roeting has a broad international experience as Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President for companies in Sweden, the Netherlands and Finland. During his career Ric Roetering has successfully worked with marketing and sales as well as strategy and international business development at for example Nederman AB, Econosto BV, Hexagon AB and Perlos OYj. Ric Roetering is Dutch but, settled down in Sweden many years ago.

 

MAGU Automation AB designs and manufactures standard and tailor-made process equipment for spray painting and surface treatment of plastic and metal products. The company has a global presence and has well- established relationships with customers worldwide.

 

The 1st of December 2009 Adrea i Malmö AB acquired all shares in MAGU Automation AB via the parent company Arnica AB. Adrea is a well-established, independent private equity company based in Malmö. Adrea acquires companies with proven organic and structural growth potential and manages its companies with great commitment and a creative mind-set.

 

Gustaf Haker that founded MAGU Automation stays with the company as Senior Adviser and is looking forward to see the further development of MAGU Automation with its new owner and with Ric Roetering as new Managing Director.

 

MAGU Automation is a company with a very good position on the market for process equipment for spray painting and surface treatment and Adrea´s ambition is to further develop the company. It is with great confidence from Adrea that Ric Roetering now takes over the position as Managing Director for MAGU Automation. Adrea also provides additional support to the company and to its new Managing Director.
